I can’t let myself focus on the scale, especially since I know my weight loss will slow down from this point on. Some helpful reminders from a Jenny Craig email:

Weight loss is only one measure of success. Today, and in the weeks ahead, periodically ask yourself these questions and reflect on what your positive answers mean.

  • Are my clothes fitting better? You’re getting slimmer.
  • Do I feel more energized? You’re building vitality.
  • Am I losing inches? You’re losing body fat.
  • Am I more relaxed? You’re conquering stress.
  • Am I making healthier choices? You’re creating a balanced lifestyle.
