I can’t let myself focus on the scale, especially since I know my weight loss will slow down from this point on. Some helpful reminders from a Jenny Craig email:
Weight loss is only one measure of success. Today, and in the weeks ahead, periodically ask yourself these questions and reflect on what your positive answers mean.
Are my clothes fitting better? You’re getting slimmer.
Do I feel more energized? You’re building vitality.
Am I losing inches? You’re losing body fat.
Am I more relaxed? You’re conquering stress.
Am I making healthier choices? You’re creating a balanced lifestyle.
