It has been such an insanely stressful 3-4 weeks. David continues to play with my emotions, making me finally reach a point where I’ve given up on him, then saying or doing something that tricks me into having hope again, only to be discarded and forgotten immediately after. I don’t know how one person can be so mean, and I don’t know how to stop it because without him I have absolutely nothing. I’ve never had trouble walking away from a negative relationship before but I think it’s because I’ve always had hope that someday, someone would come along who is right for me, and now I don’t have hope. Sure I’ve lost weight but I’m still wayyyy overweight.
And work has been horrible, just horrible. I’m trying to hang on but it’s wrecking my health. I get horrible headaches that make me sick to my stomach, intense chest pain, and the cumulative effect of all of the stress has been difficulty sticking to the diet.
However, I’m slowly getting back on track. At my weigh-in yesterday I think I was 175, which means I have lost a total of 41.8 pounds.
Next week it will have been about 6 months since I started JC. If I hadn’t fucked around and ruined the last five weeks, I’d be so much farther ahead by now! Probably up to the 50 pounds off mark, but no use crying over spilled milk, or wasted time. All I can do is start again.

I’m going through some really bad times at work and I compensate by eating and drinking alcohol. I hope I can get back on track this upcoming week.

I did nothing but overeat, eat out, and eat the worst crap on the planet the past week. I felt like giving up. Why try when it seems I’m good enough for no one?
I’m feeling pretty down.
No surprise that I gained 1.6 pounds (weighed 178 yesterday) - in fact, I’m surprised I didn’t gain more.
I did walk three times last week. I walked this morning, despite the fact I have two seriously bruised toes.
All I can do is take one day at a time and try to do better.

Moose and I walked every day for the past seven days, about a mile (or just a bit short) each walk. I’m tolerating it better than he does.
With clothes today I was 176.4. Down 0.4 pounds from last week.
That means I’ve lost 40.2 pounds so far!!!
FINALLY reached my 40 pound milestone!

Only lost 0.2 pounds this week. Down to 179.6 with clothes on. Total of 37.2 pounds lost so far.
I did overeat, but for the most part when I overate I stuck with extra Jenny food.
Yesterday after weighing in, I went to Quiznos. That will haunt me.
I was just feeling very discouraged yesterday. I still kinda do.
Went walking in the park with a friend and he took my picture a few times, and man am I still fat. It really opened my eyes to how much farther I have to go. I was truly shocked. In the mirror, my mind has tricked myself into thinking the weight loss shows. But picture-wise, I’m still just as big as I used to be.
I’m starting to get kind of down. I’d stay home from work today if I thought I could get away with it.

Well, I gained 1.8 pounds last week but lost 4 pounds this week, so it’s obvious last week was water retention. I’ve lost 37 pounds so far.
