Didn’t walk yesterday (BAD GIRL!)

I skipped dinner and had 3 beers instead, probably about 360 calories. But I had about 150 calories of triscuits, some carrot chips (I’m not counting them as calories) with some fat free dressing (20 calories). So I cheated with the beer, but I’m not going to feel guilty about it, because calorie wise I’m sure I was well under 1200 yesterday.

This morning I walked about 40-45 minutes. Slimfast for breakfast. Getting ready to have a yogurt stick for a snack (70 calories).

Yesterday I did very well. Yogurt for breakfast, slimfast for lunch, grapes for snack, chicken sandwich (less than 250 calories) for dinner & a triscuit. Woke up at 1 am and had 2 fig newtons and a glass of fat free milk. Walked on my lunch hour, about 35 minutes.

Today I had a slimfast for breakfast and will have soup (130 calories) for lunch. Can’t exercise at work today.

Last night it threatened to storm again, so I didn’t get to walk. Had 490 calorie lean cuisine for dinner (didn’t finish it), also had about 100 calories worth of triscuits. Later at bedtime I had a headache, so I ate a fig newton and had a glass of skim milk to cushion my ibuprofen.

This morning I had a slimfast at 5. At work at 8 I had a small cup of applesauce. Sliimfast for lunch, and before I leave I’m going to have a kudos bar so I don’t get sick on the bus (100 calories). I don’t know if I’ll get to walk again tonite because my bunny is sick. :-(

I’m pretty sad today because of that. I eat when I’m sad, but luckily so far I’m not hungry at all.

I’m really hungry today. So, I just took 2 metabolife (I had 2 at 5am too). I’m going to drink a diet pepsi (the first pop I’ve had since I’ve worked here, and it’s my 3rd week). Hopefully it will fill me up. Also, I’m allowing a kudos bar (100 cal, 4g fat).

I may just work through lunch instead of going to the seminar thing. I can’t walk because it’s supposed to be 90 degrees and I didn’t bring a change of clothes (eww, stinky ;-).

Didn’t get to walk yesterday evening since it was threatening storms, so I was glad I got to walk a little over lunch. However, it would have been nice to have gotten 2 walks in today.

Yesterday I had about 500 calories for dinner, then 100 cal of milk and 1/2 a slimfast bar for bedtime snack.

I’m concerned that I’m not snacking enough in the day and that my metabolism will slow down, so that will be a goal. The snacks should be 100 calories or less.

This a.m. I had a slim fast. Once I got to work I had a 70 calorie, 1.5g fat yogurt. Not much protein; another concern.

Can’t walk durinig lunch today, have a seminar to go to.

Did OK yesterday but didn’t walk.

This a.m. had about 120 cal. worth of fat free milk. Slim fast for lunch (220 cal), and 25 min. walk.

This morning I walked 5 min warm up, 30 min brisk walk, then 5 min cool down. I think I need to stretch better.

I had a thing of yogurt (70 cal, 0 fat) for breakfast.

I’m worried about today because I’m going to be out and about with Kerry, and I’m so tempted to eat in restaurants when I’m out with friends. Or drink beer. I hope I can be good!

I just need to realize that I can eat in a restaurant, can order something that tastes good, and not blow my diet.

My inspiration for today is visualizing myself thin, going back to visit friends in Wichita and them noticing that I’ve lost weight.

It is important to be perceived as happy, because that means I’m successful.
