Working at home is awesome!
My coworkers aren’t much help though.

Just before taking this picture, Senorita Katie Scarlett McPumpkinbutt of Steve Perryville (the cat) was kneading Moose’s chest to help him relax. It was so CUTE!
Ignore the mess in the background. I have a DRESSER full of rubber stamps from back when I was a big crafter, and I’m pulling them out of the dresser and putting them in long-term storage.

I keep having really unsettling, yet real-feeling dreams about my job.
For example: The night before last I dreamt I was fired.
Last night I dreamt that I quit my job, just walked out of the office (except it wasn’t the office I was at with my current job, it was more similar to the one I had at my last job but much bigger - it was a huge call center).
I just walked out and told one of the nurses I was quitting. Then I went into a store and went to pay for something and realized - I don’t have a job! I shouldn’t have quit! So I was frantically trying to call the nurse to tell her, “Don’t tell anyone I quit! I changed my mind!” and I went home and for some reason I lived with my mother. The whole dream, all environments were dark and shady looking, like you’re in buildings in the daytime with light coming in the windows but no electric lights on inside. I woke in a panic about how I was going to pay my bills.
Maybe I’m so happy to finally have a job that is an almost perfect fit for me that I’m afraid of messing up and losing it? Any other thoughts?
I hope it stops soon. It really messes up my mood!

Random Internet Quote Of The Day
From one internet teen to another, on the PostSecret Facebook Page:
“No one is unworthy. Everyone deserves something positive in her life. Even you. Please please please try to believe that. You’re worthy of being loved as strongly and deeply as you can love.”

Had dinner last night with my friend Elizabeth from work. It was great seeing her - she’s one of the ones I miss most from the office. We went to Ted’s Montana Grill which was FABULOUS I thought.
Tonight, one of the trainers from Nashville is in town. I adore her - she’s the one who trained me and has been a good friend, listening to me whine time after time when I was at the end of my rope at my job.
Tomorrow my friend Tonya is passing through town from Icky-ta. I miss her loads but her trip is so long - she’s going all the way to the mountains - that I don’t think we’ll catch each other this time.
Saturday I may go up and have drinks with a couple of the gals from the office after they get off work.
Not bad for a homebody hermit, huh?

“I thought many times that I was stupid to not become a plumber because they make a lot of money but I’m ascared of spiders and plumbers always have to crawl around in basements and under foundations, where spiders are waiting to bite them in the face and get spider cooties on plumbers and electricians alike. Due to spider hazard, I think plumbers earn their pay.”
This is the maiden installment of a new feature at Bunnytude called Profound Ponderings. Any time I have a revelation or genius moment, I will record it in the “Profound Ponderings” category.
I don’t expect to use this category much. Or even, again.
